Praha je hlavním a zároveň nejlidnatějším městem České republiky. Je historickým hlavním městem Čech a od roku 1992 je Praha zapsána organizací UNESCO mezi 16 památek světového kulturního dědictví. Praha je nádherné a velmi, velmi velké město. Na Starém Městě pražském se nachází mnoho kostelů a úzkých uliček. Velká část města leží v širokém údolí řeky Vltavy, která protéká městem v délce 30 kilometrů a v severní části tvoří velkou smyčku. Krajinu města charakterizuje 13 velkých vltavských mostů z různých období. Pražská televizní věž se tyčí vysoko nad střechami žižkovské čtvrti. V Praze se nachází více než 200 galerií a muzeí. Památky jako Pražský hrad, Karlův most a středověký radniční orloj dělají z Prahy oblíbený turistický cíl. Praha je opravdu skvělá a velmi zajímavá.
Na mé narozeniny v květnu 2025 jsme se vydali na geocache event GIGA v Praze: 25 Years of Geocaching – Prague 2025. Pro geocachery je zde také mnoho keší a mnoho různých typů geocacherů. V Praze ale bohužel nejsou žádné bannery ke keším, které by bylo možné sbírat. V jiných zemích je to velmi populární a sběratelů je mnoho. Proto jsem vytvořil AdventureLab a vy dostanete banner pro fanoušky (viz níže). Ale tento banner by měl být také „vyznáním lásky“ Praze.

Prague is the capital and also the most populous city in the Czech Republic. It is the historical capital of Bohemia and since 1992 Prague has been recognized by UNESCO as one of the Czech Republic’s 16 World Heritage Sites. Prague is a wonderful and very, very large city. There are numerous churches and narrow streets in Prague’s Old Town. A large part of the city lies in a wide valley of the Vltava River, which flows through the city for 30 kilometers and forms a large loop in the northern part. Prague’s 13 large Vltava bridges from different periods characterize the cityscape. The Prague TV Tower rises far above the roofs of the Žižkov district. Prague has over 200 galleries and museums. Sights such as Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the medieval town hall clock make Prague a popular tourist destination. Prague is really great and very interesting.
For my birthday in May 2025, we went to Prague for the GIGA Event Geocache: 25 Years of Geocaching – Prague 2025. There are also many caches and many different types of geocaches for geocachers. But unfortunately there are no cache banners to collect in Prague. In other countries this is very popular and there are many collectors. That’s why I created an AdventureLab and you get a banner for fans (see below). But this banner should also be a “declaration of love” to Prague.

Prag ist die Hauptstadt und zugleich bevölkerungsreichste Stadt der Tschechischen Republik. Es ist die historische Hauptstadt Böhmens und seit 1992 wird Prag von der UNESCO als eine der 16 Welterbestätten Tschechiens anerkannt. Prag ist ein wundervolle und sehr, sehr große Stadt. In der Prager Altstadt gibt es zahlreiche Kirchen und enge Gassen. Ein Großteil der Stadt liegt in einem weiten Tal der Moldau, die das Stadtgebiet auf 30 Kilometern Länge durchfließt und im Nordteil eine große Schleife bildet. Die 13 großen Prager Moldaubrücken aus verschiedenen Zeiten prägen das Stadtbild. Der Prager Fernsehturm ragt weit über die Dächer des Stadtteils Žižkov. Prag hat über 200 Galerien und Museen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Prager Burg, die Karlsbrücke und die mittelalterliche Rathausuhr, machen Prag zu einem beliebten touristischen Ziel. Prag ist richtig super und sehr interessant.
Zu meinem Geburtstag waren wir im Mai 2025 in Prag beim GIGA-Event-Geocache: 25 Years of Geocaching – Prague 2025. Auch für Geocacher gibt es sehr viele Caches und viele verschiedene Geocachearten. Aber leider gibt es in Prag keine Cache-Banner zum Sammeln. In anderen Ländern ist dies sehr beliebt und es gibt viele Sammler dafür. Deshalb habe ich einen AdventureLab erstellt und man bekommt einen Banner für Fans (siehe unten). Dieser Banner soll aber auch eine „Liebeserklärung“ an Prag sein.
